ADHD coaching is a supportive, structured space to explore how your brain works and to develop strategies that help you move forward. As you grow with clarity and confidence. ADHD coaching helps you to understand yourself better and achieve your goals.
It’s especially helpful if you:
Coaching is collaborative. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online, or in-person in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne.
