My Approach


ADHD coaching with me is:

  • Person‑centred — you set the pace, and we follow what feels meaningful.
  • Neurodiversity‑affirming — your brain isn’t a problem; it’s a pattern we learn to work with.
  • Strengths‑based — we notice what already works and gently build from there.
  • Emotionally safe — no judgement, no pressure, no “shoulds”.
  • Practical — we translate insight into strategies that fit your real life.


Coaching is not therapy, but is deeply supportive, reflective and empowering. Many people find it complements therapy beautifully.

What ADHD Coaching Is

ADHD coaching is a supportive, structured space to explore how your brain works and to develop strategies that help you move forward.  As you grow with clarity and confidence. ADHD coaching helps you to understand yourself better and achieve your goals.


It’s especially helpful if you:

  • Feel overwhelmed or stuck
  • Struggle with planning, prioritising, or follow-through
  • Want to understand patterns and responses
  • Are navigating late-diagnosis or self-identification as an ADHDer.
  • Want to build systems that feel natural, not forced.
  • Know what you "should" do but struggle to do it consistently.


 Coaching is collaborative. You don’t have to navigate this alone. 

How Coaching Works

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online, or in-person in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne.


Together we:

  • Explore what’s getting in the way
  • Identify your strengths and patterns
  • Build practical strategies that work with your brain
  • Create momentum through gentle accountability
  • Develop self‑trust and emotional clarity


You’ll never be pushed, rushed, or judged. This is a space where you can exhale and breathe.
